Phenokinon F Injections: Tama ba para sa iyong HRT?



Sa mundo ng pharma ang tawag sa pamilya ng mga gamot kasali ang Phenokinon F ay EB/P4 or mas madaling maintindihan at nakalagay din naman sa box as Estradiol benzoate/progesterone. Marami namang gamot na ganito ang composition at prices range from affordable to very expensive tulad ng mga brand names na: Duogynon, Duogynon ampule, Duogynon forte, Duogynon simplex, Duoton Fort T P, Emmenovis, Estroprogyn, Gestrygen. Wala naman akong sina-suggest sa mga brand names na yan, gusto ko lang i-point out na Phenokinon F is just among the many brands out there na available ang hormone combo preparation na ito. 

let's talk about Phenok... 

Is it a good type of HRT for you? This greatly depends sa iyo sis. If keri mo ang injections, side-effects and sometimes (down time) why not! 

Masakit nga ba kasi oil-based at bakit oil ang ginamit? 

Yung viscosity (lapot) ng gamot ay totoong may effect and it can cause discomfort kung oil kasi, viscous ang oil. Oil ang used nila as carrier ng estrogen and progesterone because it is how the manufacturers can ensure the life of the medicine and its potency stored as ampoules. Some say it might be the carrier oil of the phenok that causes the pain and swelling, some say it is the type of progesterone in the preparation. Pero most available research on oil-based EB/P4 preparations naman laging nakaoutline na ang effects is individual. Meaning to say, sa iba okay or what we call "hiyang" sa iba naman di keri, switch sa iba. 

Effective nga ba si Phenokinon F compared sa iba? 

HRT kasi mga sis is parang paghahanap ng jowa, may bagay sayo pero di mo gusto, may gusto ka pero di bagay sayo. Charaught! Truth is, all estrogens and progesterone taken at the right amount will be processed by the body to deliver results. Yung time to process the result nga lang is varied. So combined with proper androgen blocker, one can achieve gender affirming results kay phenok with patience and faith. 

Paano naman if di kaya ang sakit ng pamamaga at may iba pang discomfort? 

Then stop mo na sya sis. Ikaw at iyong medical practitioner lang ang makakapagsabi if Phenokinon F is not for you. If sobra ang pamamaga na umaabot ng ilang araw and medyo sagabal sa trabaho or normal na gawain. Siguro try oral HRT nalang or try other injectables in time. Pero note lang, when switching, hindi po agad agad, lalo na if the formulation of the meds are different, for example, Estradiol benzoate papuntang valerate, wag naman right away same day or day after. Let your body rest before introducing new preparations or formulas. 

Best practice when on Phenokinon F

Best practices to sis sa mga narinig ko nang matagal na sa phenok and also what I do when I am on phenokinon F. HINDI ITO SUBSTITUTE SA MEDICAL ADVICE. 

1. Umiwas sa mga pagkaing malalansa. This is because some phenok users end up having allergic reactions or sensitivity lalo na sa injection site. Ang pagiwas sa food na nakaka induce ng allergy ay nakakatulong to manage the side-effects. 

2. Best paired with hyles, aldactone or androcur. Mas maganda and sure ang feminization if with testosterone blockers. 

3. Hot and cold compress. Hot and cold compress alternate at 15 minutes with a few minutes interval can help reduce the pamamaga and allow better absorption of the medicine. 

4. Wag sobrahan. Take the proper dose and frequency wag naman maginject ng sobra kasi yung life ng estrogen and progesterone sa Phenokinon F ampoule will last in your system the same length lang.
