Oral or Injection? Ano ang mas magandang HRT?

 

Usually ang laging question ng mga new to HRT ay ano ba ang bagay na HRT for them.

Actually, walang makapagsasabi ng bagay na HRT besides your health practitioner. Given not everyone has access to practitioners, yet have access to some HRT. It is best pagusapan nalang natin. 

If your question is also "Ano ang bagay na HRT for me?" The direct answer would be, it is not for any "seller" to decide. 

Here are some things na pwede mo i-consider to make a decision. 

1. Affordability. Consider your income status, if wala pang income, consider low-cost hormones. Much better to choose low-cost bio-identical hormones. Important ang affordability because when you start HRT, you should take it continuously for it to take effect. If hindi continuous your system will be confused on hormone production. Effective HRT is a commitment. 

2. Supply. Actually kasama narin to sa affordability. However, dapat meron kang continuous supply to maintain your dose. Sometimes nga lang, even though afford mo, if the supply is limited you might find it hard to do your next purchase and end up missing your dose and switch. 

3. Onset Changes. Initially both oral or injectable will make changes in your body na hindi physical characteristics. Antukin, tamad, laging gutom. While most of these are normal naman kasi pinoprogram ulit ng HRT ang puberty (pagdadalaga/pagbibinata) stage mo. So, wag muna excited sa biglaang physical body transformation. 

If hindi normal at may mga rashes, painful urination at iba pang bothering side-effects, stop it immediately and consult sa doctor or health practitioner. Pero mga sis, this is very seldom. 

So ano nga ba? Oral or Inject? 

Go ka sa oral if... 

New palang sa hormones and okay naman ang memory to remember times of intake. Ang advantage ng TAMANG oral meds is, pwede mo ma adjust ang intake mo sa convenient sayo, also mas affordable and if may takot ka sa self-injecting na eksena. 

Go ka sa injectables if... 

Keri ng budget ang injectable hormones. Mejo may kamahalan for individuals na wala pang income kahit pa ang pinakamura like Phenok. Another problem is, may pain of course ang pag inject. Advantage lang ng injectibles is that, assured ang body na regular doses. 

Important reminder lang, wag maguulit ng mga pantusok natin or magshare. It is A BIG NO!

Both oral or injectable have pros and cons. Ikaw at ikaw lang makakapagdecide nyan for yourself through guidance ng medical professional. Basta ang important. 

WHATEVER PROCESS YOU CHOOSE, TRUST THE PROCESS AND HAVE PATIENCE. 

Both oral or injectable will take time depending on your body to adjust your hormone levels and have desired physical manifestations ng feminization.

So sa new to phenokinon f users, usually ang common question is, gaano kadalas dapat ang pag inject? Well. Serious mode muna tayo.  Frequency ng injection pwede syang based sa amount of dosage na need. Androcur: Uses in HRT and Safety Reminders
